OFF TO THE FINALS!!!
The Highroad Sr. Boys Basketball played a strong team from Fernie today for a chance to play in the provincial finals on Saturday.
The game was back and forth throughout the first half with a 42-42 tie at the break. In the second half the Knights started off strong, but Fernie battled back with strong pressure forcing a few too many Highroad fouls. Led throughout the game by the stellar play of Aidan Morris (game MVP) and Nico Kattenberg, the Knights pulled away in the final few minutes of the game to win 79-68 and earn a place in the provincial finals against Unity.
Come to the game tomorrow at 1:30 pm at the Langley Events Centre to cheer on our boys in their final and most important game of the year!
